1. No Return Policy for Food Items
Due to the nature of homemade food products and hygiene standards, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered. We request customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.
2. Refund or Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:
You receive a damaged product
You receive an incorrect product
The product is missing from your order
Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof.

Change of mind after delivery

Delay caused by courier partners
Improper storage or handling after delivery
Products consumed or partially used

Cash refunds are not applicable for online payments

If a replacement is approved, the product will be re-dispatched at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Cancellations before processing may be accepted at our discretion

Our products are freshly prepared with limited shelf life. Customers are responsible for following storage instructions and consuming products within the recommended time.
